Healthy Popcorn

Popcorn is a healthy, whole grain that is usually laden with way too much fat and sodium. How about making your own popcorn without all the extra fat and calories?

Use an air popper or a silicon microwave popper to make the popcorn. Spritz with a bit of cooking spray to make the salt stick. Then sprinkle with McKay’s Chicken-style seasoning or popcorn salt and a bit of nutritional food yeast. Enjoy!
